"I can't say enough about how professional Erica Paradise was in taking our application for a mortgage and in providing prompt and personal service! We flew to the Tampa area on a Saturday to look at a home and decided to put an offer on it. Erica was key in quickly processing our Pre-Approval so that we would be able to put an offer in! She provided clear directions on exactly what documents I would need to provide for pre-approval and ensured that we received Pre-Approval in an efficient manner so that we would be able to put the offer in! I had contacted another mortgage company for a rate comparison. However, that company was closed on the weekend and could not provide us with timely service when we needed it! I highly recommend that you contact Erica Paradise for all of your mortgage needs!"
