"Good help is hard to find. When my wife and I started our journey on being first time homeowners, we had no idea what we were doing exactly to make our dream come true. We tried reaching out to multiple lenders and I mean MULTIPLE lenders and no one would give us the time of day...then we met Mrs. Paradise. She walked us through the entire process and was there for us to answer every question and concern without a skip of a beat. She was more than just a morgage lender she was a blessing that helped changed my family's life. "We felt like we had a great rate, but we did not do enough benchmarking to fully ascertain that, and the entire process is honestly as seamless as it can be. Sure, plenty of documents were required, but Erica and her team always gave clear indications of what was requested, then took care of all the paperwork for us and ultimately just asked us to verify and sign. Quite an easy process from on our end. Lastly, they were highly responsive to answer any questions we had."
