"Overall it was good. We appreciate the lender credit and how accessible and knowledgeable Erica was. She was our preferred lender through our realtor. As we progressed through the steps we were put in contact with 2 other people. The processor wasn't as knowledgeable and gave us incorrect information regarding our loan on more than one occasion, creating unnecessary panic on my part. Most annoyingly we were given the incorrect closing numbers which resulted in us being $500 short the day e were supposed to move in, causing a lot of extra stress. With greater alignment between Erica and the other woman I think I would have rated our experience as very good."
